Neil left the City in 2013 following a successful thirty year career in banking and finance. He has extensive experience in building and running large businesses and since 2013 has applied these skills in building our new recycling business, as well as partnering with a firm in Nottingham, constructing and managing university student accommodation.
Married to Neil since 1986, Jill had a successful career in finance at Barclays before leaving to focus on bringing up their three children.
Jill has extremely high standards and as Company Secretary ensures that everything is kept in check.
James has a wealth of experience in building businesses. He has previously run successful enterprises in pig farming, fishery sales and pest control. He is passionate about protecting the environment and it has always been his goal to build a recycling business.
As Director of Sales and Operations, James is focused on building long term relationships with our ever-expanding client base, focusing on first class service, product quality/efficiency and the health, safety and wellbeing of all our employees and clients.
Since graduating from university with a degree in Economics and Business, Gareth has been employed in both accounting and recruiting before joining the Omni management team.
As Director of Finance and Compliance, Gareth is responsible for ensuring we remain compliant with our protocol for site operation and health and safety, record keeping, accounts and the management and compliance of our lorry fleet.
